    2021 Wrapped

The title for this blog is inspired by my Spotify-wrapped playlists, they are not that accurate as I also listened to some musicals (especially Notre Dame de Paris in Dutch) on Youtube. No surprise that Broadway is Number 1, followed by some Dutch Cabaret (Kleinkunst), West End, and Pop music (especially TOP 50). My most 5 played numbers come from 2 albums: Jersey Boys – Broadway cast A Spoonful of Stiles & Drew However going on the top 5 artists, these were not the only musical albums I listened to. Because next to Franky Valli and the cast of Jersey Boys, this top 5 is completed by: Matthew Morrison &…

    Merry Christmas

If you browsed my blog, you know I’m a big fan of Waterdrop. With all the new and temporary flavors, as well as all the bottles and accessories, my wallet likes it a bit less. WWII reads: December

Since my last blog, I read some romance novels but I always return to some WWII reads as well, certainly when the romance becomes a bit too cheesy and makes me a bit melancholic. The first weekend of December I picked “The keeper of happy endings” by Barbara Davis. (https://www.amazon.com/Keeper-Happy-Endings-Barbara-Davis-ebook/dp/B08X48G5VL/ref=sr_1_7?crid=2K42FJD1V5HL7&keywords=barbara+davis+kindle&qid=1639512956&sprefix=barbara+dav%2Caps%2C250&sr=8-7)In this book, we meet Aurora (Rory) whose fiance Hux went missing during a mission with Doctors Without Borders. Rory is trying to function in daily life and trying to be good enough for her mother. However, in appeasing her mother, she might lose herself. So when one day when she passes an empty building she senses that this might be…

    Deliciou review

Sinterklaas, or Saint Nicholas, returned to Spain after bringing some chocolate and spiced shortcrust biscuit and toys for the kids. However, I usually buy most things during the year that there is nothing left to put on the list for Sinterklaas or Santa later in the month. One of those impromptu buys was done around the same time I made my first Waterdrop purchase. After seeing it on my Instagram, I purchased Deliciou spices (https://eu.deliciou.com/). I went all out and purchased almost all of their flavors, not knowing how they would taste.  They have all kinds of bacon flavors, which I find great, in a vegetable egg scramble or combined with…
